TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at support@nilimaonline.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the specified contact address.

 

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping. For all International exchanges and returns, the customer will have to bear all shipping charges as well as customs charges if applicable.

We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval.

If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
